Is the registered proprietor also liable at the time of the accident who is different from the driver?
I request this cuz, based on the vehicle code sections posted by the DMV in CA. both are accountable…

Since my accident I’ve been in significant recovery of about a 12 months and a half have a lot of bills…..
I was hit (T-bone in a sedan)by this more mature few that were driving (a sedan) and there are on SSI.

They have confined insurance policy 10/30/five so did I whole protection which I learn that meant practically nothing with out uninsured motorist….not adequate to go over my expenditures.

iPod Contact 1G not syncing/charging?

Question by : iPod Touch 1G not syncing/charging?
I’ve been acquiring unusual difficulties with my iPod Contact 1G lately. Yesterday when I plugged it in to my (Windows 7) laptop by means of USB, I received a “USB System Not Regarded” error. The iPod is not charging about USB both. Up till these days, I was able to charge my iPod by way of my car’s iPod cable, but now that has stopped doing work as properly. However, I can nonetheless perform songs in my auto by means of its iPod cable.

The iPod has had drinking water damage in the earlier (July), but has been working very good for the previous couple of months following drying it out. I have not had any of these troubles just before, and I have not recently built any important changes to my pc or iPod.

So now I am entirely stuck I cannot sync or cost my iPod. Here is what I’ve attempted so much to repair this:
* Linked the iPod to a distinct Laptop
* Reinstalled iTunes
* Uninstalled iTunes and downgraded to the preceding model (ten.4.one.10)
* Cleaned the iPod dock connector with rubbing alcohol
* Experimented with to swap to recovery mode (nothing occurred)

In the meantime, my pc isn’t really recognizing the iPod at all it is not doing something when I plug it in. Strangely ample, the iPod by itself nevertheless runs fine (even though it nonetheless has some charge…).

So, does any person have any tips as to what could be inappropriate or ideas on how to correct it?
