hello i wondered if any of you could help , i had my girlfriends car mot’d on the 19th it passed with no advisories ,then on the 21st the off facet rear wheel fell of with the wheel drum and many others still attached to the wheel because of to a failure of the wheel bearing (the vehicle had only coated fifty miles given that the mot )! this all transpired on the A1 motorway i was driving and fortunately no 1 else was concerned and i received the car onto the hardshoulder ,so my question is – what do i do subsequent ?, i have spoken to vosa they said i can make an appeal but, very best allowing the mot station know what occurred ,so i referred to as them today and they apologised and stated they would ring back again but didnt!! what now ? the restore invoice will be £227 areas and labour and recovery of the auto value £65 ,surely the bearing that failed should of been seen in the mot ..any answers drastically appreciated
